Happy Birthday Marine Corps!
A committee of the Continental Congress met at Tun Tavern in Philadelphia to draft a resolution calling for two battalions of Marines, which was approved on 10 November 1775, officially forming the Continental Marines. Watch a message from the Commandant of the Corps paying special tribute to the Marines of the Korean War.
